We are proud to announce that Professor, Former President and co-founder of the ASTQB, Member, Board of Directors, of the HASTQB and Vice-President of North America for iSQI Mrs. Patricia A McQuaid will be a keynote and a tutorial speaker at SEETEST 2016.

Patricia McQuaid, Ph.D., CISA, is a Professor of Information Systems in the Orfalea College of Business at California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly). She is an associate editor of software quality journals, a Senior Member of ASQ, a member of IEEE and the Project Management Institute (PMI). She is the Program Chair for the next World Congress for Software Quality, 7WCSQ, to be held in Lima, Peru in March 2017.

On the first day of SEETEST 2016 (September 15th) Patricia will present a tutorial on the topic: "Test Design Techniques". Patricia's keynote speech will take place on the second day of the conference (September 16th) on the topic: "Best Practices for Independent Quality Assurance of Major IT Projects".
